Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Hirsch Atelier.

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The original packaging must be intact
• The security return tag must remain attached and unremoved
• Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without the original security tag will not be accepted.

Our team will assist you personally.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange collection within the UAE.

Return shipping is handled by Hirsch Atelier.
A fixed return fee of 50 AED applies for non-defective items.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
